Production values are how much of that resource you produce per game day and per real life day. Offensive and defensive ratings are the total combined offense and defense values of all your troops that are currently in your region. Defense density is the total defense divided by your acres. Networth density is your networth divided by your acres.
Note that though I made the region report look that that of a starting region, I made a guess on the starting Networth density, and the PowerGraph pictures are from my own region, which is large and far into the round, and so does not reflect those of a starting region, only gives an example of what they look like.
